Returns
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. • Sale items, samples, and one-off pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us a photo or video at contact@linderosa.com within 7 days and we’ll make it right — no return required.
Once confirmed, we’ll take care of it right away — including issuing a refund or replacement.
Returns for Any Other Reason
If you’re returning an item for any other reason:
• Email contact@linderosa.com to initiate a return. • Once approved, we’ll send return instructions. • After we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued.
Refunds
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. • Depending on your bank or card provider, refunds may take a little longer to appear.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund, please reach out to us at contact@linderosa.com.
