Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after you receive your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped. Please note that during high-volume periods (such as holidays or new launches), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates and Estimates
We ship all orders via USPS Ground. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most packages arrive within 3–7 business days after they are shipped. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a USPS tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

Domestic Only
At this time, Linderosa ships within the United States only.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed by USPS after they have been shipped. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us right away at contact@linderosa.com with your order number and photos of the item so we can help resolve the issue.
