What you’ll need

A thin strip of paper or string
A ruler (millimeters work best)

How to measure

Wrap the paper or string snugly around the base of your finger (not too tight).
Mark the point where it overlaps.
Lay it flat and measure the length in millimeters.
Match that measurement to the chart below to find your U.S. ring size.

Helpful tip:
Finger size can change throughout the day. For the most accurate result, measure at room temperature, and avoid sizing right after exercise or in extreme cold.

Cleaning

Buff gold-plated pieces gently with the polishing cloth in your order; a soft toothbrush and warm water works for a deeper clean. Sterling silver just needs a gentle rub with the same cloth.

Everyday

Take pieces off before showering, swimming, or applying lotion, perfume, or toner (the alcohols and acids are what dull the finish fastest). And never wash your polishing cloth or pouch (it'll lose its effectiveness; keep it away from little hands, too).
